请教美国同行如何deduct outsourcing 费用。

今年有几个忙不过来的项目找了其他同行帮忙，人在美国的我可以开1099，作为expenses 从我的收入里deduct。但是不在美国，没有社会安全号码的同行我该怎么办？能deduct 吗？还是有别的惯常做法？

只要你保存支出费用的证明， 例如电汇单，报税时可以作为支出， 从你的收入里扣除。

你上次询问注册business name与使用个人姓名的区别，后来注册了吗？我约了月底去见cpa，咨询注册的事情。

会计师说可以自己去所在COUNTY的某个柜台去注册 Jun 11, 2006

她说要是让她帮助注册个人公司， 等于只让她帮著跑腿， 因为除了填表没什么可做的。 我还没去。 我们县的政府离这里也就6个BLOCKS， 一直拖著没去。
