Paypal 帐户一定要用国际信用卡验证吗？

我想请教一下各位老师和同仁，Paypal 帐户是否一定要用国际信用卡验证，是否有其它方法可取？

工行就有一个“国际借记卡”，只要５０美元就可申请。具体情况参见工行官方网站。

是不是啊？您确定没？我几年前就办了个中行的国际信用卡，按照目前美元对人民币越来越贬值的趋势，如果非国际卡也可以的话我就考虑把现有的国际卡消了，办个一般的卡了。

我就是用招行的Visa普卡（绝对非国际卡）认证的，还是前几天的事呵呵

很容易申请。一次申请可以得到一张国际卡，一张双币卡。国际卡终生免年费，双币卡第一年免年费，第二年开始每年刷卡六次免费。

谢谢stonejohn 和Zhoudan 两位热心肠！我刚看了看招商信用卡相关章程，发现招商的国际卡（其实stonejohn 的就是国际卡，全球通用的，呵呵）不用押美金，正好是我需要的，决定消掉中行的上招商的了。
