highlight the browser area and dump it to a plain text word processor like notepad/wordpad or vi/emacs of a file in cygwin and force save it to a .csv?
i know it is manual, you may want to post it in the tech forum.
for some glossaries found on the Web, they do have some separators。 Most of them are using tabs, in this case, the tabs are visible if I paste in onto Notepad++...
But for most of them, Agrhhhhh.........
