If you are offered an interpreting job that is not through our office, we would like to offer you a 10% bonus for that job if you submit it to our office. Meaning you will take all the information (Date, time, location, etc.) from the clients when they call you; you will advise them of your availability and then you will tell them that your agency will contact them with the rates and terms. You will then need to call our office and give us all the information and then we will contact and forward the necessary paperwork to the clients. We will bill them fo your services and here is the best benefit: You will not have to wait 30 days or more for payment even if the client is a government entity. We will guarantee your payment even before the client pays us and send you your check in about 10 days with your 10% (of the total assignment) bonus included.

Keep in mind that we are not going to have you sign an agreement for this mutually beneficial relationship. If you are not completely satisfied, you can revert back to just dealing with your clients directly. I hope that you are as eager to participate in this new process as I am in telling you about it.

不久前有一家公司来信索取CV并询价,我看那公司还有规模,但因从来没跟他们打过交道,来信里也没有提及任何介绍人士,所以我请求他们说明介绍人士,否则请他们透过该公司在地国的三家中介公司之一索取我的价码,因为那三家公司有我的报价。这样的做法是为了财务安全,避免往后收不到款时的麻烦。那三家中介公司与我有一定的合约,而且是通过在地国某律师楼签订的,所以有完全的付款保障。

老实说,财务安全比什么都重要,宁可不要风险大的客户,有中介经纪人居中反倒工作轻松些。不过,与经纪人必须有合同关系,没有合同则更是危险。

好处就是多给10%的酬劳,而且付款及时,应该说还是有吸引力的。但是谁愿意把自己的客户介绍给别人呢?很怀疑这个方式能否行的通。不过看来,想出这个方法的人还是很动脑筋。
