大家签NDA的几率有多大？

看客户发来NDA里写着争议法院在客户当地某法院、如何如何要赔偿之类的就发怵。

估计我做10年也抵不上吃一场官司。

不知别人怎样，反正我的几乎所有客户（绝大多数是美国的）都要求签。

我不记得和我们这里的公司签过这类东西。现在可以想像美国的高工资不是没有用处的

不记得这些有姓中叫文的啊。

签过很多个，一般看也不看就签了。
