在家做活兒﹐沒時間搞什麼別的興趣。不過來情緒了做點飯吃吃總是不難做到的。歡迎大家把你們的獨到的烹飪方法擱到這裡分享。

請儘量不要轉發別人發表的菜譜﹐更歡迎你們自己琢磨出來或偶然發現的方法﹐也儘量少貼一盤子一盤子的照片。

我就是愛吃﹐不然怎麼會那麼胖呢。

年夜饭新菜 Feb 10, 2008

这个新菜是我妈今年在年夜饭上摆出来的。总共成本不到10元人民币,但最受全家追捧。
原料:糯米(四分之三)、青豆(四分之一)
方法: 糯米浸一个晚上, 放在沙锅里蒸熟。青豆焯水。用植物油起油锅,放入焯过水的青豆和煮熟的糯米饭同炒。

我当晚的评语是:晶莹剔透、白绿分明、爽心悦目、口感软糯。
即可当主食,也可当菜品。做大的好处是简单易做,不用技术。

过会儿去我哥家玩,晚上看有什么新菜,再来报告。

苹果羹 Feb 10, 2008

选口感软绵的苹果,去皮去核,切成小块,放进容器,置于微波炉大火3.5分钟即成。
这样做出来的苹果,味道香甜,略带汁水。
要是再加进煮好的银耳,一碗银耳苹果羹就做好了。我曾用这种银耳苹果羹待客,深得好评。

滷出來後﹐切成絲﹐再用青菜一爆炒﹐那叫一爽。最好是用羊角椒炒﹐如果沒有羊角椒﹐也可用上海菜﹐油菜﹐小芥菜﹐豆苗﹐空心菜等替代﹐都可以﹐後幾種可以放幾顆干辣椒。

牛胃和大肠是不敢恭维的. 以前文革串联时在北京站和几位同学跳上了一列客车, 一开开到西宁, 堵在那里两个多礼拜离不开. 顿顿是牛/羊肚子加窝头 (还是泡馍? 记不清了), 真不适应. 后来终于上了一趟列车到了广州, 顿顿又是 清水熬油菜拌糙米饭. Those were the days.

以前看家里阿姨处理刚杀了的活鸡的肠子, 她是先用剪刀把肠子纵向绞开, 水冲后用一把粗盐搓洗, 最后再用菜刀使劲儿刮. 很麻烦.

内脏 美国一般人是不吃的. 一提很多人都会作怪脸的

炸过之后想必是腥膻味儿大减, 我是会吃的. 60 年代末、70 年代初在陕北住过三年的是不会太挑食的, 且不说这肯定是广东的美味.

在南美洲,如果這道菜的大腸換成小腸,就叫做 Chinchulin!我那個蕃婆子當初認識我時,私底下就叫我 Chinchulin。前些日子有一位南美的外交官還告訴我,他在簽發簽證時,發現台灣還真的有人姓名叫做 Chinchulin 的:秦初麟。這名字在南美洲人耳裡聽來還真的其妙無比。

There is such a dish in the southern states of the U.S. But if I'm not mistaken, it's mostly an item in African American cuisine, i.e., soul food. Most people refer to it as "chitlins", surprisingly similar to the South American name that Wenjer just mentioned.
