有的公司可以在blue board上找到付款声誉
有的公司不行，
比如和国内公司合作的时候，我会用google“公司名称”“骗子”这样查这个公司的信息
那么国外公司，用Google “公司名称”加上“cheat”还是其他什么词配对啊

以前我做国外的网站广告,01年很多网站倒闭之后,清算时还把欠我的钱按7折寄给我.骗子相对比较少吧

By all means. In real life use them sparingly though - ideally never; they could be real character assassins.

其实大部分客户都是守信的，最多延迟，不会不付的，找最终客户是万不得已的方式， 轻易不要使，在付款这方面，要有耐心！

我去年12月帮英国一家公司做了份稿件，说好交稿后立即支付稿酬。后来，一直拖到今年的2月底才付款。
3月份再次接稿时，我要求对方全额支付后再提交稿件译文——感觉这样做非常保险。（客户也按照我的要求做，可能是帮他们做了一次交替传译的缘故吧【对我提供的质量非常放心】）。
