We are testing DV and would like to get information on DV's support in Germany. Has anybody had a problem with DV and contacted DV for help? Is their support efficient?

There are active and helpful mailing lists on YahooGroups:

There is more traffic (and generally faster and more wide-ranging help) on the English group. Members of the Atril in-house staff participate in both lists. Atril has a very good support reputation (outstanding during the lifetime of the founder Emilio Benito; nowadays they are sometimes not so fast to spring into action, but they are still very good).

Posting queries on ProZ brings fewer responses and not so quickly. ▲ Collapse
