How can I import a Deja Vu memory into a trados memory

I have a problem with using trados:

I want to import a deja vu memory into a trados memory. How can I do it?

I tried to import it as a \"trados wb database with \"txt\" ending. But I couldnt import it into my trados memory.

I would suspect the easiest way is to use DV to export a TMX memory, and import the TMX.
