I have a MAC and a PC.
The MAC is the latest operating system with the newest version of Word 2008.
My PC is running Vista and Word 2007.

Doing DTP in Japanese, Chinese, and Korean on my MAC.
Then opened the documents on my PC and the fonts looked completely different (I know the PC and MAC fonts are different) and the document layout changed a lot.

Please advise the best matching fonts between Mac and PC for Japanese, Chinese, and Korean?
Or please give me any advice how to make it match.

I’m not an expert on the PC, but I know Vista already comes with Japanese, Korean, and Chinese fonts.
Do I need to download more fonts?

I know you are very busy, so I greatly appreciate any advice you have about this…
