Van Dale: De Help-en informatiepagina's kunnen niet worden getoond.

Mijn PC draait onder Windows 7 Ultimate.
Telkens ik in Van Dale (versie 2002) het hulpprogramma wil oproepen of eventjes een vervoeging wil nakijken, krijg ik volgende boodschap : De Help-en informatiepagina's kunnen niet worden getoond omdat het Windows-Programma Help niet is geïnstalleerd. Lastig als je eventjes de Spaanse vervoeging wil controleren.
Op http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607 heb ik een patch gedownload (voor 32-bits), maar die werkt niet. Kent iemand een andere oplossing voor dit probleem? Ik heb geen zin om een nieuwe Van DaleCD met vertaalwoordenboeken te kopen met alle daarbij horende activatieperikelen. Trouwens, bij de VanDale 2008 zijn ze de Spaanse versie vergeten.

je moet de goede versie downloaden (zie onder aan die pagina van MS de vier versies van het hulpprogramma).
Ik heb een andere versie van Van Dale (papierversie , ik bedoel dus dat het oude hulpprogramma van MS wel werk met Vista/7.
Collins Woordenboeken op CD hebben ook deze problemen (obsolete).
Ik hoop dat je het kunt oplossen!
