De meeste huurovereenkomsten voor kantoorruimte en andere bedrijfsruimten verwijzen naar dit document; een document van 21 pagina's met 27 artikels. Weet iemand of er al een Engelse vertaling van dit document op Internet te vinden is? Ik heb uitvoerig alle juridische sites waar in andere posts op het Dutch forum verwezen werd, maar heb het niet gevonden.

Het document dat ik nodig heb staat hierin vermeld (als appendix 2 onder 2.1). Ik heb het huurcontract al vertaald en vond pas daarna precies het document waar je naar verwijst. Daarom vroeg ik me af of die 'General Conditions' misschien ook al ergens vertaald staan.
Het is een model document door de Raad van Onroerende Zaken en ik kan me niet voorstellen dat het nog niet eerder vertaald werd (we live in hope).

That's another translation of the main contract like the one Marijke found. A good-quality translation; it should be useful as a reference document. What I need, though, is the appendix referred to under 2.1:
"GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LEASE OF OFFICE ACCOMMODATION, and
other commercial accommodation within the meaning of Article 7:230A of the
Civil Code. It's been in existence since 2003. But I've spent quite a while looking for it and I don't think it's around... Vanaf p.18 General Conditions op basis ROZ model, maar wel de versie voor niet onder artikel zoveel BW, en een oudere versie. Heb het verder niet doorgelezen maar kan je misschien een steuntje geven.

Deze heeft documenten van SEC, ook erg handig. Dit is de site waar Marijke haar contract heeft gevonden, maar verder ook erg handig.

Three years later, still no English translation of this appendix (2003 version) can be found on the Internet...
and ROZ does not mention availability of any English versions anymore...
Can anyone help? I only found a translation of the 1996 version ("... premises not subject to section 7 A:1624 ...")
