Faulty "WidgetSettings.xml"
Jan 9
Hi Renée,
Sorry for not being able to reply in French.
I have had the same problem at several occasions. (I do not know why it occurs).
What you can do is:
1) delete the file "C :\Users\Renée\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDLMultiTerm\WidgetSettings.xml"
2) restart your computer
3) you should now no longer get the error message.
4) open the Multiterm widget
5) re-enter your personal settings (click on the "configure" button in the title bar, and make the necessary changes)
Optional: 6) make a backup copy of C :\Users\Renée\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDLMultiTerm\WidgetSettings.xml
=> if the problem reoccurs (which it has on my pc), you can just replace the WidgetSettings.xml with the backup copy.
Hope this helps.
