I have a consecutive interpreting job starting Thursday. These are business meetings, but I just learned a degree of technical vocabulary in the meat business will be needed. I'm fast with new terms, but no time to order a book. Anyone know of an online resource I could print?

Here is one May 11, 2005

http://www.mhr-viandes.com/en/docu/docu/lexique.htm

MHR is a french site specialised on meat with english version. I'am afraid many informations are available against payment only. Payment is 1.35 Euro + 0.34 Euro/min. when calling from France.

Bon travail.

Try the FAO website (food and agriculture organisation) May 11, 2005

The address is 'fao.org'. I don't know whether it has a glossary section, but the site is in French and English so it might be helpful.
