Je dois traduire une phrase de la Constitutio Criminalis Carolina de Charles Quint (qui date de 1532), et je n'en trouve pas trace sur internet. Quelqu'un saurait-il où je pourrais trouver ça ?
Je cherche particulièrement le segment"if anyone commits impurity with a beast, or a man with a man, or a woman with a woman, they have forfeited their lives and shall, after the common custom, be sentenced to death by burning".

J'ai trouvé [...] "condamne au bûcher ceux qui s'adonnent à la luxure “avec un animal, un homme avec un homme, une femme avec une femme”, mais il s'agit sûrement d'une traduction libre et partielle, pas du texte "officiel".
