J'ai créé une micro entreprise regime BNC pour travailler en freelance comme traducteur, mais les charges sont importantes ... j'aimerai savoir si certains ont crée une asso 1901 en se reversant un salaire ? et si cela est plus interessant ?

Bonjour,

Mis à part que le statut de votre association serait probablement remis en cause (supposant que sa création vise à vous donner un emploi et de réduire vos charges et non pas pour un réel but non lucratif), votre "association" aurait à régler les charges patronales sur votre salaire qui lui, aurait en déduction les charges salariales. Financièrement, cela ne changerait pas grand chose...

une association qui fait des bénéfices (but lucratif) et qui se comporte comme une entreprise (au niveau de la concurrence par exemple) est imposable selon les mêmes règles qu'une entreprise.
