Dear All

a couple of days ago I bought and installed Nuance PDF Professional 5. Since then I can no longer view any PDF files within my browser during the navigation.

I have to right click on the file and open it with Nuance Professional PDF Converter, even if Adobe Acrobat is still the program associated with PDF files in IE Options. This means that I cannot search the content of the files.

Have you got any idea of what is happening?

Best

reinstall Adobe Acrobat Apr 13, 2008

imho, this new program tries to manage PDF for IE, but cannot do it right.
You can check settings of this Nuance PDF Professional 5 and clear checkboxes for integration with IE/Web browser.
Or you can simply reinstall Adobe, I hope this will help
Good luck

Nuance PDF as default Apr 15, 2008

It appears you have chosen Nuance PDF as the default PDF reader/viewer. There's a dialogue which offers this option, with an already ticked box, before the completion of the installation. You probably have simply approved it without unticking the box. I would suggest reinstalling Nuance and during the installation process untick any IE/Word integration and default options it offers.

Of course first I would check whether you are allowed to reinstall the programme with the same serial key.

Hope that helps.
