Small problem after downloading MetaTexis

Sometimes I need to do a very simple thing - highlight and copy a paragraph from a website or my email message and paste it into Word file to create a new working document. Never had any problems with that, but no joy ever since I got MetaTexis. Instead I get a small box with a question mark, and it is unmanagable. Did anyone encounter something like that? Please help! Thank you very much.

Download latest version / de-activate if necessary Aug 9, 2003

Hello Irene,

please download the latest version of MetaTexis at www.metatexis.com to make sure that you run the version with the fewest bugs.

If the problem still persists, please de-activate MetaTexis temporarily (File menu). If you still see the error, even when MetaTexis is not active, MetaTexis is not the cause of the problem.

I think I shall start with Hermann's advice and see what happens. Should I fix it by reloading the SW I'll share the results in the right forum (good point, Ralf) in case I'm not alone in this:)

No reloading was necessary, just disabling it did the trick. Hermann, thank you so much!
