Can anyone give me an advice as for how I can use Japanese in Adobe InDesign?
If there are any fonts or software I need to install, please mention where I can
get them.

there's a special version of InDesign for the japanese typography.

You can also buy InDesign Japanese version from AsiaSoft. See the following link:
