Hello Everyone,
I just got an angry email from a colleague explaining that he has received an email I sent six times. How rude of me to fill up his inbox! I only sent the message once and to my knowledge other recipients only received it once. The email was sent to a list.
The annoyed (understandably so) man suggests that I may have a virus that infected my hotmail account and sent the multiple emails. Sounds odd to me, any ideas/suggestions?
TIA

Sometimes a mail arrives at a recipient more than once for unknown reasons. It has happened to me too. I can understand his annoyance, but he shouldn't blame you. Virus? It doesn't sound like it.
