Hello, I've a document which, when printed, shows all hyperlink with the texts in full; e.g. next meeting on ..... But on the screen all I get is the computer links with the email address which I don't want. I use Windows 7 under Office / Word 2010.
How do I convert the screen display so I get the actual words rather than the hyperlink ? Help much appreciated in FRENCH if possible as my tool bars are all in French.

And it will do the trick.
Or, follow the advice given here; in the French version you should look for the item "Afficher les codes de champ plutôt que leurs valeurs".
