Word count including tables

Does anyone know how to include tables in a Windows XP word count? I have a document in word format with plenty of tables and would (for invoicing purposes) need to find out a more or less accurate word count.

Perhaps this has already been discussed, but, if so, I can't seem to find it.

Help would be appreciated.

Words in tables are counted by default... May 18, 2005

...or was it text boxes you had in mind?

In that case you might want to try the macro presented in the following posting: http://www.proz.com/post/91399#91399

You probably mean "text boxes". Try the macro called CompleteWordCount at http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/CompleteWordCount/ (not sure if it works in XP, though).
