Danke! Ich könnte die Seite als Kreuzverweis gebrauchen. Kann mir jemand bestätigen, ob es sich um gängige BE Ausdrücke handelt: z.B. \'upper beam\' for Fernlicht/ \'tick-over\' für Leerlauf? Ich kenne mich im BE nicht gut aus.

\"Main beam\" ist eher üblich in BE (\"high beam in AmE). \"Upper beam\" kenne ich nicht. \"Tick-over\" ist richtig in BE, \"idle\" (bzw. \"idle speed\" jedoch viel gebräuchlicher.
