Kann manchmal ganz nützlich sein. Berechnen muss man als Übersetzer die Prüfziffern zwar nicht, aber oft weiß man gar nicht, was sich so hinter den Abkürzungen verbirgt und ob es in der Zielsprache eine vergleichbare Nummer gibt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind auch die gut verständlichen Erläuterungen zu den Prüfziffern.
