Das hat mich wirklich gewurmt. Irgendwo im Internet habe ich eine Quelle gefunden, die sagte EST = GMT + 10.
Dann muss ich also keine Nachtschicht einlegen, das ist beruhigend.

... inzwischen ist die Sommerzeit aber vorbei und wir haben wieder die MEZ - und die ist 6 Stunden vor der EST, es wird also immer besser! (auf jeden Fall aber nicht nachts um 3!!)
nein, nicht besser, sondern schlechter (das logische Denken!): 12 pm EST ist 18 Uhr MEZ (und 19 Uhr GME).
