Hallo,
vor ungefähr einer Woche ist mir der Computer abgestürzt. Gott sei Dank konnte die Daten wieder zurückholen. Allerdings gelingt es mir nicht mehr, Trados neu zu installieren. Am Schluss der Installation kommt die Meldung: Failed to install the Activation Utility. Dies geschieht auch nach der Installation der neu heruntergeladenen Datein. Was kann ich tun, um vielleicht noch zu retten, was zu retten ist. Bin dankbar für jeden Tipp.

Was ist nach dem Absturz passiert

Hallo,
es wäre wichtig zu erfahren, was denn genau nach dem Absturz passiert ist.
Gibt es einen neuen Rechner auf dem trados installilert wurde?
Wurde das System nur repariert oder wiederhergestellt?

zunächst bedanke ich mich für die Antwort.
Das System wurde lediglich wiederhergestellt bzw. repariert. Ich möchte Trados wieder so installieren wie es vor dem Absturz war.
