Hallo allerseits

Ich habe das Problem, dass ich von einem Kunden eine passwortgeschützte Word-Datei erhalten habe, dich ich nicht öffnen kann. Der Kunde verwendet Windows, ich Mac. Das Passwort habe ich korrekt eingegeben, aber mein Computer meldet «Falsches Kennwort». Das gleiche Problem hatte ich mit demselben Kunden schon einmal ... Weiss jemand, woran das liegen könnte bzw. welchen Trick ich hier anwenden könnte?
