... ist ein Lexikon der (deutschen) Verwaltung mit je einem Glossar zu KLR (Kosten-Leistungsrechnung) und IT (Informationstechnologie). Die Links funktionieren zwar nicht alle (jedenfalls bei mir), aber im Großen und Ganzen ist es ganz brauchbar. Interessant übrigens, dass es auch die Stichworte Chaos und Bürokratie (Zitat: Umgangssprachlich oft als negative Kennzeichnung (nur) der öffentlichen Verwaltung als starre, unwirtschaftliche und kundenunfreundliche Organisation verwendet.) gibt...
