Getting an in-house translation position in Germany

hello there.
My name is Kathryn and I am a recent Irish translation graduate. I am eager to begin full-time work as an in-house translator in Germany.
Can anyone offer advice or tips on any German companies I should apply to?
I really appreciate any help.
