Hello,
I would like to have some information about the rules/laws on adding links to your website. If I find for example an interesting article/reference/or business is it okay to just add this website address to your website or do I need a written consent from the owner or business, writer ect. And how about making comments regarding the specific link? Thank you very much!

The important detail is the link

Hi Andrea
I don't know about rules, rights and laws about this, but I have noticed that as long as you quote[b] exactly what is being said giving [b]the link it's fine. What is not right is quoting without references to the website where it was found or quoting too long extracts.
Wait for more opinions...
Claudia

The link must open in a new window

It is not acceptable to add a link to an extern page which opens as part of your frame strukture, instead the page must open as a new seperate window in the browser. Otherwise the rule of the right of free expression of opinion apply, as long as its no insult. Regards Heinrich
