Hi Mariana,
are the interviews in EN end ESP and you're transcribing that, or are they in EN, and you're supposed to transcribe the EN original and translate it into ESP?
Regards, Agnieszka

Hi Agnieszka,
They are interviews in English I have to transcribe and translate into Spanish. They last 20 minutes approx. and I have to tell the price for that but i don´t know how to calculate it. I thought about counting the words, but isn,t there any other way to do it? Like, for instance counting the pags or length of the tapes/interviews?
I would appreciate your help...Thanks very much

Per minute

Hi Mariana,
A per minute rate is usual when doing transcriptions.
I would say about 5 dollars per transcribed minute, but of course you can charge more or less depending on the job.
Saludos!

Thanks very very much. I guess counting pero minute is the more accurate way to get a price.
