Hello There,

I was wondering if there is someone who attended the first course of Legal Terminology which took place @ City Uni on 20/21 April.

I just wanted to know whether it was interesting or not.

I would like to attend the second course and in June and would like to know whether it is worth!

Many thanks!!
Have a nice afternoon!

Not this year, but ... Apr 30, 2007

I attended the one-day legal translation seminar at City University in the summer of 2005. The sessions that I attended were a very mixed bag (some were too general, one was rather theoretical and difficult to follow, but one was very well prepared and presented and very practical, so the day was well worth flying into London for). If you live locally and can find the time, I would suggest it is very much worth going to.

I won't be at the session in June, but I'm in the process of applying to take part in the two year M.A. in Legal Translation at City University starting in September - in spite of the need to fly in for all of the on-site sessions.

Thank you Victor for your reply!

I am thinking as well to apply for the MA in Legal Translation so we may meet on that occasion!

Have a nice afternoon,

Laura
