Maybe a bit cheeky to write to you on this forum, but I could do with a bit of advice. I live in Greece and so far I have just worked with my normal taxnumber (AFIMI) but they usually ask for a VPA number as well. Question is, can I apply for a VPA number at the local tax office here or will an AFIMI do for my invoices?
I would appreciate some feedback on this 'problem'. Thanks Iris

I'm pretty new to this myself, but I think the VPA number you are referring to is none other than your AFIMI, or at least your AFIMI is sufficient. Good luck!

I had a feeling this would be sufficient, but wasn't quite sure. Now that you have confirmed this I am. Thanks a lot, and good luck to you too!
