בוקר טוב לכולם,
האם מישהו שמע פעם על אישור שהתרגום נעשה "word for word"?
נתבקשתי לתת אישור כאמור, ואני לא כ"כ בטוחה מה הוא אמור לכלול.

המשמעות של הכוונה של הבנאדם היא שהוא רוצה לדעת שהתרגום התבצע באופן שלם ומלא, מילה במילה, הוי אומר שכל מילה ודבר שבמקור תורגם על ידיך ולא קיצרת, סיכמת, או השמטת משהו.
אני הייתי מסביר לו שהמטרה של תרגום היא לייצג באופן מלא את המקור או להציג את כל מה שכלול בו כפוף לכללי התחביר וכדו' של שפת הייעוד, וכמובן שיהיו ביטויים, מונחים ומושגים שלא ניתן לתרגמם מילולית אלא צריך להעבירם לשפה המדוברת וליישמם.
הוא רוצה לדעת שהתרגום מייצג את המקור באופן מושלם וממצה - אני מתאר לעצמי שכך עשית!
