I believe that there's a way to get unlimited invitations: send invitations to your e-mails and gradually you will get #invitations * # of your e-mails. An old trick used for gmail. When it was relevant.

I must admit that I have not found a use for Google Wave, but I think that the main reason for that is that there are not enough people using it yet. With that in mind, send me your email and I would be happy to send you an invite.

Google Wave is a new service and is currently not open to the general public, you can only get in if someone invites you (ie they send you access codes, well they don't Google does but these people can tell Google to send them).

Its like when Gmail started, for the first year or so you could only get in with an invitation.

I like belonging to anything that's open by invitation only!
