I have a text that quotes from a Commission decision, COMP/39.406 of 29 January 2009 on Marine Hoses.
I can't seem to find the text through the Europa site. I have a certain amount of experience using it, but the format of that code doesn't seem to fit any of the suggested search criteria.

the European Commission took a decision on the 28th January 2009 regarding Case COMP 39.406. Could it be that your date is incorrect?

What was getting me was that I wasn't able to reach it through this page

as the number code didn't match up with the suggested fields.
