Looking for CAS number nomenclature

Is somebody can help me? I am looking for a bilingual list (English and French) for the CAS numbers description. It should exist but I can not find it after an hour of researches.

This site has most descriptions in 4 languages, DE, EN, ES, and FR. I it quite helpful for creating German MSDSs.

But I went on those sites and I can not find that number: 64742-52-5 HYDROTREATED HEAVY NAPHTHENIC PETROLEUM DISTILLATES
and it exists somebody gave me the translation: 64742-52-5 Distillats de pétrole naphténique lourd hydrotraité.
Maybe I don't know how to reach on those sites.

Could you give me some tips.
