Domain might be the key

One option would be to type .us into the box Domain in the Advanced search options. This, however, will only return pages which include the country code .us and will leave out all the .com and such pages.

What about Google Local? It's not what you're looking for, but it may help
If for example I want to look for "translation companies" in France, I can go to www.google.fr and I have the possibility to select "pages from France", otherwise I'll have pages from anywhere on the world.

my suggestion is 1) try "translation companies" Georgia (do all 50 states) and start from www.google.com not www.google.co.uk or whatever you may be using in Italy

3)proz also has a directory which can be sorted by country
From the home page in Google you can select "Language Tools", which gets you to another search page. There you can select "Pages written in"... A list of languages, and/or "Pages located in"... A list of countries.
