I used to know a setting I can´t seem to be able to remember. Does anyone know this setting to refresh the browser in time cycles like every 5 minutes or so. I am using IE 6.0 and 7.0. Thankyou in advance. Best Brandis

You can hit F5 every 5 or 6 minutes and this should do the job.

I don't know if you can set up your browser to automatically refresh.
