I've just read a kudoz answer where the answerer said he shouldn't rely on leo so much and wondered what other translators think of Leo. Where does it rate among online dictionaries in your opinions?

I use it and I like it, it's just convenient to use and usually big enough. If I can't find a term or am not happy with the suggestions, I can still refer to a thick book. But for the less complicated questions Leo is simply faster.
