fattura con IVA: IRPEF O R.A.?

Cari colleghi,
scusate la domanda da asilo, ma mi sono appena trasferita in Italia e ho aperto ieri la partita IVA.
Oggi ho fatto una fattura indicando base imponibile, +IVA, -IRPEF e il cliente si è stupito di questo modello. Forse dovrei mettere +IVA e -ritenuta d'acconto?
