Ciao,
quando dovete fare la traduzione di un organo statale straniero che in italiano non ha l'esatta corrispondenza, lasciate il nome in lingua originale o lo traducete?

Si l'espace le permet, je laisse le nom de l'organisme et je mets la traduction entre parenthèses.

In genere lascio il nome non tradotto, eventualmente con una "traduzione di servizio" tra parentesi - solo la prima volta in cui compare il nome - se immagino che per il lettore medio il nome straniero da solo non sia comprensibile. Questo ovviamente dipende dal tipo di testo, dal pubblico a cui è destinato ecc.
