Ciao a tutti,

mi sono trovata spesso in situazioni in cui c'era tensione fra le due parti per le quali effettuavo un servizio di interpretazione di trattativa. Potreste darmi qualche consiglio in base alla vostra esperienza oppure consigliarmi dei testi di riferimento?
