sono alla ricerca, disperata, di un modello di contratto di fornitura in italiano (nel mio caso specifico si tratta di tessuti per un importante marchio di moda) - è la prima volta che mi si richiede una traduzione del genere quindi mi ritrovo un pò "spiazzata"!

Non devi necessariamente usare un modello. Per la parte giuridico/commerciale, se hai già tradotto altri contratti vedrai che non differirà di molto, mentre per la parte che riguarda la terminologia specifica del settore, te la vai a cercare in Internet se proprio non trovi riferimenti diretti tuoi.

Procedi pure e stai tranquilla
