Il "quote" per i "jobs"

Qualcuno mi può dare un'idea o un esempio su come fare dei giusti "quote" nei "jobs" proposti in Proz? Com'è giusto rispondere e cosa è sbagliato?

Se si tratta della tua presentazione, segui semplicemente la procedura e i suggerimenti del modulo.

Se invece chiedi delle tariffe più adeguate, ti posso dire che nella giungla tariffaria in cui ci aggiriamo come familici leoni, ognuno cerca di portare a casa il lavoro indicando la tariffa che meglio crede. Certo, ci si augura di non correre troppo al ribasso per non impoverire il mercato, che già di suo non è certamente ricco.
