Cari colleghi,

avrei necessità di sapere se la traduzione di una tesi di laurea, in quanto opera d'ingegno, è esente o fuori campo IVA. Se così fosse, dovendo applicare una ritenuta d'acconto, è una vera fattura numerata quella che viene emessa dal traduttore oppure no?
