I noticed this as well, it appears like we no longer have ownership over our questions, so we cant answer, and can\'t thank people. I don\'t if this is related to the large outage they had in recent days. Perhaps someone else has an explanation.

I noticed that if you click on add comment you get the screen of \"answer question\".
