I can\'t award KudoZ anymore...

I posted a question today and when I decided somebody gave the right answer I found the command has been disabled (I mean it does not appear on the screen anymore) - and I still cannot answer KudoZ. What\'s wrong? I imagine that\'s the aftermath of the blackout.

Above all I don\'t want to be rude to the nice colleagues who helped me on a topical point of my translation.

I can\'t award KudoZ too. I hope this problem will be solved as soon as possible
