Wordfast e Office 2003: cursore solo da tastiera

Ho installato (e re-installato) Worfast 5 con Word 2003, ma non riesco a usare il mouse sul foglio di lavoro: funziona sulla barra degli strumenti e su tutto all'infuori del foglio di lavoro.
Sapete da che cosa può dipendere il problema e come risolverlo?
come ho già detto, ho provato anche a disinstallare Office in toto e reinstallare tutto, ma il problema persiste...Grazie in anticipo!
