Ciao Silvia,

il consulente che mi ha redatto il DPS ha detto che la data certa è obbligatoria ogni anno e la deve apporre l'ufficio postale.

Anche il mio commercialista la pensa così.
Ma resta il fatto, ampiamente discusso nel forum di cui sopra, che l'obbligo di dare data certa al documento non risulta previsto da alcuna norma di legge ...
